Creating lines and in 3DS Max

Once the planes and the images were in place I began by using the line tool to create lines. These lines would then become the overall structure of the face. I followed the path of lines that I had created on the images using Photoshop.

Once the structure of the lines was completed they were turned into editable polygons by selecting only one and applying an edit poly modifier. Once one had been turned into a polygon it was then time to convert all the other lines into an editable polygons. All the lines had to be attached first using the attach function, this would automatically turn them all into editable polys.

Once all of the lines had been attached and converted to an editable polygon it was now time to weld each of the vertex points together. By doing this allows the face structure to be moved into shape in the next process without it spliting along each of the lines.
